FBR requires all sales tax-registered entities (manufacturers, importers, wholesalers, distributors, corporate and non-corporate persons) to generate digital invoices through FBR-approved software integrated with IRIS. Each invoice must include unique IRN (Invoice Reference Number), QR code, HS codes, and be submitted in real-time. FBR digital invoicing is now mandatory for all businesses.
When you create an invoice in My Digital Invoice, our system automatically submits it to FBR’s IRIS system via our licensed integrator. You instantly receive the unique IRN and QR code. All invoices are submitted in real-time (within 24 hours as required by FBR), ensuring you never miss a submission.
We use usage-based billing — no subscription. At month-end, we count your FBR invoices and you pay for the bracket you fall into: Free (0–5 invoices = FREE), Starter (6–20 = Rs 1,000 + tax), Standard (21–200 = Rs 2,000 + tax, most popular), or Unlimited (201+, no cap = Rs 3,000 + tax). A one-time Rs 5,000 + tax integration fee applies, payable 1 week after integration completes (Integrate first, pay later). Two optional add-ons: Bulk Upload (Rs 2,000 + tax flat/month — Excel bulk upload, no cap) and Shopify Integration (Rs 1,000 + tax base when in a paid bracket; Free bracket users pay nothing extra; +Rs 1,000 per additional 3,000-invoice block). New users get a 15-day FREE trial. All prices exclusive of tax. Compare this to other solutions charging Rs 50,000–200,000/month!
